I spent the better part of yesterday covering my tropical oasis at my home in Florida as the result of a record low of 16 being predicted. In fact, another freeze is called for tonight with a forecast for snow flurries around Daytona Beach. Wow, this sounds an awful lot like global warming to me. Seriously, if it is freezing all the way down here, there is absolutely no way ice is melting in the Arctic!
Liberals don't like when these cold snaps get in the way of their climate zealotry, as this cold could spell the end of the global warming charade which is nothing more than a means by which to create a perceived need for more government. I'm sure they will have some type of excuse for this anomoly, but then again their cronies in the liberal media may just gloss over it or perhaps call this cold snap someting else.
After all, isn't that how the term climate change came about? It became a catchall for everything from tornadoes to poopy diapers that liberals could blame on mankind. Heaven forbid we let anything get in the way of their ambitious goals of world wide communism. I mean if you doubt global warming exists, then you may as well be part of the flat earth society in their eyes. Come to think of it, the Flat Earth Society does believe in global warming. What strange bedfellows liberals like to keep.
While know it all liberals are off galavanting in their leer jets to promote their science fiction films, I actually did some research which is posted on the Global Warming page at www.goldenpansy.com. Interestly it is cold here because it is winter, kind of the opposite of why it gets hot in the summer. Every once in a while the jet stream dips down and brings an arctic air mass into Florida, resulting in freezes and the occassional snow. It's been happening for millions of years, it will happen for millions more just as surely has it is happening on Mars and Pluto, which is just another inconvenient fact for the liberal kooks.
So just what are liberals going to focus on when Floridians wake up to dead crops tomorrow morning? There’s been no hurricanes for a few years, the war in Iraq is going well, the economy is chugging along and now Dixie is entering another ice age. I’m sure it will be a matter of time until they come up with some other kool aid for the idiot portion of the electorate to drink, for without them socialists like Mrs. Clinton, the inexperienced Obama or the ambulance chasing Edwards don’t have a prayer of moving to the White House.
I’ve got to run to the store for a snow shovel, because with all this global warming one can never be too prepared.
